Bruce Rogoff – Chairman & CEO
Bruce Rogoff has served as Chairman & CEO of HeliFlite for five years, leading the company through a period of growth and significant improvement in profitability.  Under his leadership HeliFlite earned the coveted Wyvern recommendation and its ARG/US Platinum status.  Mr. Rogoff has over 25 years of finance, management, and legal experience.  He has served as CEO for over a dozen companies across industries including transportation, security, marketing, sportswear, telecom, and publishing.  Mr. Rogoff holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Boston University.

Brian Lantier – Director of Strategy and Business Development
Brian Lantier has over a decade of aviation experience including engineering, military aviation, manufacturing, tour operation, and private helicopters and jets.  As a naval aviator, he did two wartime deployments and was the Department of Defense Chief of Flight Operations at Sikorsky Aircraft.  He has also been an investment banker and consultant to industries including transportation, software, apparel, and heavy equipment.  Mr. Lantier holds a B.S. in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Franceso Lazzarini – Director of Operations
Francesco Lazzarini has been with HeliFlite for five years serving in the role of both Chief Pilot and Director of Operations.  He maintains flight status as a captain on both the Sikorsky 76 and the Bell 430.  He has nearly 5000 flight hours in helicopters.  His experience ranges from the military to Fortune 500 flight departments where he flew for multinational pharmaceutical companies and the oil and gas industry.  In the navy, he completed wartime deployments to both Kosovo and the Persian Gulf.  Mr. Lazzarini is a graduate of the Italian Naval Academy and an honor graduate of U.S. Navy Flight Training in Pensacola, Florida.

Daniel Prince – Director of Maintenance
Daniel Prince has over 32 years of rotorcraft maintenance and corporate management experience, coupled with service in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a maintenance supervisor for the prestigious HMX-1 Presidential Helicopter Squadron. Having been with HeliFlite for over 10 years, Mr. Prince has been the only full-time Director of Maintenance since inception, providing long-term stability to the maintenance department. He holds an Airframe & Power plant (A&P) certificate with Inspection Authorization and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Eastern New Mexico University. He is also a member of the Bell Helicopter 429 Customer Maintenance Advisory Panel and the Helicopter Association International Technical Committee.
