Fractional Program Overview

For usage above 25 hours a year we recommend fractional ownership in our fleet of Bell 430 aircraft. You are using a helicopter enough to take advantage of the economies provided by shared ownership, including tax benefits. Click here to let us help you estimate how many hours you may require.

You receive all the advantages of ownership, but pay only a portion of the helicopter's upkeep. Moreover, you never have to worry about the mundane aspects of maintaining, crewing and caring for a helicopter. We take care of all that. When you're ready to fly, all you have to do is call us.

• Guaranteed aircraft availability with as little as 12 hours' notice.
• One-call scheduling.
• No charge for deadheading, repositioning or ferrying, within 125 miles of Manhattan.
• Guaranteed annual ownership costs.

How our fractional ownership program works:

Purchase as much flight time as you need, starting with as little as a 1/16th share (50 occupied flight hours per year).

You pay a monthly management fee, which is a fixed, guaranteed cost for the five-year term of the contract, with annual adjustments not to exceed four percent or CPI-U, whichever is higher.

At the end of the five-year contract term, you may sell your interest back to HeliFlite for fair market value or renew your ownership interest.

Pay only for the time you fly, billed in one tenth increments (1/10 hour plus 2/10s added to each leg). There is no minimum flight time.
